Any delay in submission may impact the processing timeline.

The client is solely responsible for ensuring that all documents and information
provided are accurate, genuine, and legally valid.

Our company acts only as a facilitator and consultant. We provide guidance and assistance
strictly as per applicable government rules and regulations. Final approval and issuance
of any license lies entirely with the concerned government authority.

The client shall be responsible for payment of all applicable government fees,
statutory charges, and any third-party costs during the application process.

Our service fees and refund policies will be clearly communicated in advance.
Please note that service fees are non-refundable in the event of rejection
by any government authority.

Any delay, objection, or rejection caused due to government policies,
inspections, or procedural requirements shall not be the responsibility
of the company.

The client agrees to comply with any changes in applicable laws, rules,
or regulations and to provide updated documents whenever required.

Any delay or non-cooperation from the client side may affect the agreed
timelines, for which the company shall not be held liable.

The client personal and business data will be kept confidential.
However, necessary information may be shared with government departments
and authorities for the purpose of processing the application.

In the event of any dispute, both parties agree to first attempt resolution
through mutual discussion and understanding before pursuing any legal remedies.

Any modifications or changes made to the application or documents after submission
must be promptly communicated to us by the client. If any queries, objections,
or rejections arise due to such modifications, the responsibility shall solely
rest with the client.
